Cape Town Incentive Groups

Cape Town is a great destination for incentive travel. The city itself is vibrant and diverse and it serves as a good base to explore the Cape Winelands or the Garden Route. Incentive groups looking for adventure and team building can make the most of the many outdoor activities available such as bush adventures, quad biking, abseiling, whale watching and shark cage diving, while those looking for luxury and pampering can relax at one of the city’s many five star establishments or soak up the sun on some of the best beaches.

The Western Cape Hotel and Spa is perfect for golf incentives
Cape Town’s nightlife was the focus for an incentive group of young IT people. The incredible value for money, the warm evenings and vibrant restaurants, bars and clubs were the highlight of their few days in Cape Town.

The brief called for soft adventure and was delivered through a fantastic combination of events which included shark cage diving (the term soft is a relative one). A close-up encounter with a great white shark leaves a lasting impression. The programme combined adventure elements with all aspects of the day programmes.

Abseiling off Table Mountain, mountain biking in the winelands, paddling with penguins on the Cape Peninsula, power boating from the Waterfront and quad biking on the West Coast were all included. Kloofing (working your way through a mountain gorge) and jumping out of planes were not included!

The Western Cape Hotel and Spa provided an ideal location for a golf incentive. Quality was an absolute non-negotiable for this event. The golf course presented a superb challenge while the hotel facilities delivered beyond expectations. The gala dinner evening in Cape Town rounded off a memorable incentive.

A high-profile reward programme required exceptional planning and attention to detail. Helicopter transfers to winelands restaurants, vintage cars and Harley Davidson transfers, superb dining venues and entertainment were all key elements in the mix. The most rewarding element was the opportunity to interact, participate and become involved with the local people in the Cape Town townships.
