Although Clifton does not have any hotels, Bantry Bay is a hop and skip from the Clifton beaches. If you want to be near Clifton, we recommend you stay at one of the Bantry Bay hotels. The awe-inspiring location combined with a near-perfect climate makes Bantry Bay the perfect spot for those seeking a decadent summer break.

Clifton's Fourth Beach is where the action is - young, fashionable folk come here to see and be seen. Recline into a deckchair and stare at g-strings, speedos and topless tanners all day, or participate in games of volleyball, frisbee or beach bats. The choice is yours!

Third Beach is more relaxed and is gay-friendly, while First and Second Beach are less accessible from the road and are the most private. All four beaches are equally beautiful, and if you're after sophisticated, upmarket living, then stay in a private luxury villa or head towards Bantry Bay if you prefer hotels as close to Clifton beach as possible. Just make sure you hire a Ferrari!
