Boulders Beach Guest House is set on the southern peninsula coastline overlooking scenic Boulders Beach with its resident African penguin colony.

The house is just metres from the Boulders Coastal Park, and is therefore a good option if you enjoy outdoor living. You can hike through the indigenous surrounding flora, brave a swim at Boulders Beach, or for the more energetic there's a host of aqua sports to choose from. In the colder winter months, you can curl up next to the cosy fireplace with a good book and a fine cognac.

Visit the nearby Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve where you can set off on one of the many hiking trails or enjoy various other nature lovers' delights.

Adjoining the lodge, the Function House caters for conferences, weddings, and private parties. The wellness centre, complete with massage rooms and a floatation tank, is run by an on-site physiotherapist, masseur and reflexologist.

The baby blue and sand-coloured lodge has of 12 sunny, airy en suite bedrooms (available in either double or twin) that are simply and tastefully decorated.

The walls are decorated with black wattle bark sculptures carved by local artist Jacques Dhont, giving a subtle yet distinctly African feel to the place.

The Penguin Point Restaurant, adjacent to the lodge, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has a prime sea-facing position with both indoor seating and a terrace with fantastic views of the bay below.

Enjoy Mediterranean-style cuisine and coastal seafood dishes, caught fresh daily. The wine list is fairly extensive and has been carefully selected to compliment the dishes on the menu.
