You have a choice between the Four Quarters Suites, positioned around a courtyard with a private swimming pool, and the Auberge Suites, with their own private pools and gardens. There are also 15 comfortable Auberge Rooms, and a 2-bedroomed cottage across the road from the main hotel.

	There are 3 excellent restaurants under world class chefs. You can enjoy breakfasts, lunches and casual dinners at iCi, a street-side bistro, and elegant dinners at The Tasting Room. Both restaurants are under the guidance of chef Morgot Janse. On a neighbouring farm you can visit chef Neil Jewell's Bread and Wine, where you can enjoy tasty lunches and scenic views.
